My tire dealer talked me into purchased the plan and when I needed them they did not answer their phone and then they denied coverage on a tire in spite of the fact that I sent them the required documents and a photo of the torn up tire (which was a 100,000 mile tire with 30,000 miles on it). Never go with a plan for tire protection.

They are built on loopholes so they do not have to pay. They use the term "pre-authorization" to *** over.

When the event occurred I called them first and their phone was not answered. I could not wait around for them to get my tire fixed since I was on the freeway.
