Sonsio will come out and sound legit but they just continue to try to find information and wear you down. At first its the pictures, you end up having to call to confirm they actually approve your claim.
Then its this is missing or that is missing, a continued drag out to not tell you what information is needed or why. For a pair of tires, the car information is irrelevant. I bought tires from Tire rack, they got damaged, here they are with photo proof. Replace them, yea no.
We need car, model, make, then oh give us VIN too. Why, I bought tires not a car. Then they quietly let deadlines pass and you are denied. Its time for class action lawsuit so they can pay out everyone screwed over.
For $280 I am happy to run up their lawyer fee's. It will cost them millions in the end, if they think screwing over people is worth it.
